Responsibilities
  1. Responsible to maintain delinquency levels below 0.25%
  2. Decision /PD/Appraisal of cases within TAT
  3. Training of RM on KYC and documentation part- which help to reduce TAT
  4. Understanding of legal and technical
  5. Attending of maximum training sessions to enhance underwriting skills.
  6. Adherence of product and policy- minimal audit observation.
  7. Punctuality and teamwork
  8. OTC and PDD management.

Incumbent will be responsible for managing complete life cycle of employee right from sourcing to exit for the allotted Portfolio (cluster of branches).

1. Recruitment :
  •  Sourcing Mix - focus on preferred channel
  •  Competition Mapping
  •  Ensuring continuous pipeline of candidates
  • Vacancy TATs to be maintained as per requirement
  • Internal movements
  • Open Offers to be kept minimum by ensuring right hiring
  • Candidate/Consultant Experience to be positive with timely feedback

  • Special Projects to be taken up as per need, ensuring compliance of operational excellence and facilitate to get employees training needs are met & fulfilled
  • Employee life cycle (Offers, on-boarding and new joinee formalities, leave, transfers, system, PPR, Exits etc.)
  • Adherence to TAT
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
