Responsibilities

1. Experience in Lending business- Home loans(preferred).
2. Hands on experience in Power-BI/Tableau/Qlik Sense (Power BI is preferable)
3. Design and Develop advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other BI solutions.
4. Experience in Data visualisation / DAX queries/M language and creation of complex dashboards as per the requirement of stakeholders.
5. Demonstrated history of automating the reports.
6. Good understanding of database warehousing.
7. Hands on experience in Python or R language to automate the processes.
8. Write Complex SQL queries on multiple tables using complex joins.
9. Perform end to end data validation.
10. Advance working knowledge of excel.
11. Create efficient methodology to create analytics.
12. Excellent Analytical, Verbal, Written communication, and presentation skills.
13. Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
14. Strong facilitation, critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and analytical skills.
15. Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up challenges.
16. Able to understand cross functional differences and can work with different stakeholders.
17. Ability to manage a small team.
18. 10 years of overall experience in relevant field
