Responsibilities

1. To visit the hub in such a manner that each hub has been covered and get visited once in two months or whenever required.
2. To review the existing location and recommend addition of new areas of RTMs’/
3. To manage the vendor’s and their auditing by conducting 5% sampling of disbursed cases and publish a report of monthly basis.
4. To check quality of vendor’s report and compliance the HO policies.
5. To do APF visits and preparation of project reports if needed.
6. To give training to new comers in the hubs.
7. The share market information with HO employees.
8. To detect fraud and acknowledge to HO employees.
9. To resolve queries of hubs related to technical and provide proactive solutions.
10. To coordinate with vendors in case TAT relate issues emerged in Hubs.
11. To share data on regular basis as per the requirement of HO whenever it is required.
