- Ummeed Housing Finance has tied up with ICICI Lombard General Insurance to offer property insurance cover to its borrowers.
- The insurance provides coverage to mortgaged properties against any damage due to natural calamities like Fire, Earthquake, Flood.
- Reconstruction cost (up to the coverage amount) can be claimed in case of any eventuality.
- The cover is provided for full loan tenure & total loan amount with one time premium (single premium).
- Ummeed Housing Finance has tied up with Kotak Life Insurance to offer Life Insurance cover to the main income borrower in the loan structure.
- In the event of death of the insured borrower, principal outstanding of the loan (as per the amort chart of the Insurance policy) is repaid by the insurance company.
- The cover is provided for full loan tenure & total loan amount with one time premium (single premium).
- Ummeed Housing Finance has tied up with Religare Health Insurance to offer medical insurance to its borrowers & their families.
- The cover provides hospitalisation benefit to loan borrowers & their immediate family & in the event of any hospitalisation, the cost (up to the cover amount) will be borne by the insurance company (Cashless or reimbursement as applicable).
- Cover can be provided up to 3 years for 1 lakh/2 lakh medical coverage with one time premium (single premium).
