Responsibilities

1. Ensure that all Processes followed at Branch Operations are as per Standard Operating Procedures laid down in the Operations Manual
2. To manage processes at Branch for Mortgage Loans (disbursement / post disbursement activities).
3. Ensuring timely Logins of Files and Disbursements as per TAT and Policy.
4. Ensure Property vaulting and management as per laid down process.
5. To ensure error free working and nil documentation error.
6. To focus on productivity and achieve efficiency levels as desired by senior management
7. To manage post disbursal documents updation, post disbursement servicing to internal and external customers.
8. Ensuring timely banking & Updation of Commitment Fee Cheques
9. Ensuring proper storage & release of Disbursement Cheques
10. Keeping a strong control on OTC Cases.
11. Ensuring timely dispatch of Files, Original Property Papers & Repayment to Head Office-OPS
12. Working knowledge of Operating Systems.
